The beautiful season has finally arrived to Paris and with it the most awaited summer event : Paris Plages (Paris’ Beaches) ! For this 17th edition, enjoy a very varied entertainment program : perfect to have fun and relax during your stay at L’Empire Paris !
Having fun with water at Parc de La Villette
This summer multiple animations and free workshops are waiting for you, starting with the bathing and nautical area in the waters of La Villette. Feel free to cool off in the various paddling pools or in the deeper spaces always supervised by lifeguards. This place is hosting water activities such as paddle boating, sailing, kayaking, water-rollers, paddle, zip-lining over the pool for the young public (from 6 to 17 years old). All this entertainment is at your disposal every day until 9 PM.
Sports or culture? Choose your favourite !
The most athletic ones will find activities such as Cardio, the Swedish gym or Tai Chi for the followers of more gentle practices.
“No-sports” do not worry ! “Paris Plages” has thought of those who prefer to cultivate themselves or relax with a good book on a deckchair in the shade of palm trees. The program "Bibliothèques hors les murs" (Library outside the walls) is made for them and gives the possibility to win entry tickets to the museum. As for budding scientists, they will make extraordinary progress in robotics by going through several fun workshops.
