A credit card number is required to secure your reservation
It is possible to cancel your reservation free of charge by maximum two days before your date of arrival, at 12h Paris time; otherwise, the penalty charge will be made in the amount of your first night.
OUR GUARANTEE POLICY
Early booking : Pre-paid reservation, non-modifiable and non-cancellable
Early booking rates are non-refundable, non-modifiable, and must be pre-paid in order to secure the reservation.
If multiple reservations are made under the same party, it is considered as a group reservation starting at the fifth room reserved by that party, and are subject to conditions specific to those reservations (to be defined as soon as the request is made, prior to confirmation).
For each reservation concerning services provided by our establishment, particular conditions for modification and/or cancellation procedures specific to that reservation will be defined.
Pre-paid reservations are not subject to modification or cancellation, nor will any payment already made towards it be refundable. This is specified under our Particular Conditions, as soon as the reservation is booked.
The following Particular Conditions are specified below:
- The cancellation or modification of a reservation for our services can be made directly on the hotel website, through the link “Consult or cancel your reservation”,
- Or, through the agency through which the client reserved the service in question.
Concerning our lodging services, unless otherwise stipulated under the Particular Conditions, the client must check out of the hotel before 12h00 on their confirmed check-out date. Otherwise, they will be charged an additional fee, starting 16h00 the will be charged in the amount of an extra night.
The payment for the reservation is to be made in the hotel establishment, at the beginning, during, or at the end of the client’s stay (except in cases involving special rates, or online payments made prior to the client’s date of arrival under specific rates). This pre-payment counts as a deposit. If the rate has not been pre-paid online, the hotel has the right to request a guarantee from the client in the form of a temporary deposit, or a credit card through which they are authorised to charge, to guarantee the payment of the sums corresponding to the services consumed on site.
The establishment also reserves the right to ask the client on the spot to verify the bank card used for the pre-payment, in order to limit fraud on the bank card
In the event that a service is interrupted by the client, the entirety of the price that was agreed upon will be charged. If the reservation was pre-paid before the date of arrival, no refund will be granted.
In the event of a no-show (the client does not show up but does not cancel the reservation), as a lump sum, the hotel will charge the client the amount corresponding to their first night, on the credit card that was used to provide the guarantee. The following nights scheduled for the reservation will be cancelled free of charge, unless indicated otherwise in the conditions of sale for the reserved rate.
